If an order includes a light system or components, as well as other products, the other products (excluding those listed above) will be shipped for free in the continental US since the order TOTAL will be over $125.00. Please contact Earth Organics with any questions.

We will calculate the exact shipping charge for these items and add this to your total before shipment. If a SHIPPING CHARGE applies to your order, we will add it to the merchandise total and charge your credit card. If you wish to be informed of the shipping charge BEFORE the order is processed and charged, let us know in the "Comments" section of the order form and we will email you the cost. If you live OUTSIDE THE CONTINETAL US, we will generate a quote for your shipping cost and contact you via email.

LEGAL: Earth Organics is a duly licensed and taxpaying company, and we respect all local, state, and federal laws. Any customer who makes any reference or inquiry (by phone, fax, email, or in person) about using our equipment for illegal activities will be prohibited from purchasing products from Earth Organics.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR COD's: All COD orders are subject to an additional charge of $8.50 per box. First time buyers are not eligible for COD's. For large COD orders, partial prepayment may be required. Please provide your telephone number in case delivery problems occur. We will confirm the total, including COD charges, via email and will ship the merchandise after we receive the money order. If you are not eligible for COD orders, we will contact you with other options for payment.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR ONLINE ORDERS: All order totals will be determined by Earth Organics at time of processing. In the event of discrepancies due to web browser differences or performance, Earth Organics total will be considered the accurate total and the amount charged to credit card.

SALES TAX: Shipments to any address in Texas are subject to a sales tax, currently 6.375%. Sales tax does not apply to shipments outside the state of Texas.

FOREIGN ORDERS: Earth Organics does not accept credit cards for orders shipped outside the US. After you submit the order form, we will email you with the shipping options and costs. We will also provide you with the payment options.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: All orders are sent via UPS from Santa Teresa, New Mexico. In some situations products might be drop-shipped to the customer directly from the manufacturer or distributor. If this is the case, we will notify the customer before shipment. All shipments are fully insured.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air delivery service is available on some items. Please inquire in the "Comments" section of the order form and we will email you the cost of the service.

SHORTAGES ON SHIPMENTS: You must notify us of any shortage within two (2)days of receiving your merchandise with original shipment.

DAMAGES: If any damages have occurred during shipping, please notify us at Earth Organics immediately, so the problem can be resolved as soon as possible. We will issue a return of goods authorization (RGA) number and contact UPS for package pickup. We will replace the merchandise after we have received the damaged merchandise.

RETURNS: Earth Organics does not give cash refunds. New merchandise (with original receipt, packing material and instructions) may be returned with 14 days in order to receive store credit.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: Earth Organics accepts payments of Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, or COD's (see special note for COD's in section above).

CREDIT CARD ORDERS: All credit card orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address. At our discretion, we may allow shipment to an alternate address. For all types of credit cards including Visa or Mastercard DEBIT cards, we verify cardholder name and address information with the card issuing bank. Credit card users must supply a phone number and/or email address in case we need to contact the customer regarding the sale. All credit card sales are subject to Earth Organics approval, and will be held until the verification process is complete. In case of credit card fraud, Earth Organics will pursue resolution with all appropriate authorities.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Earth Organics would be happy to place special orders for customers. Please feel free to contact us if you don't see what you need in our product listing. Special orders must be prepaid, and no returns are accepted on any special order item.

WARRANTY: All Earth Organics come with a two-year limited warranty. All other products are subject to the manufactuer's warranty.
